All fault reports are logged by our Customer Service team and you will be given a unique fault reference number. Your fault report is then sent to the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) where an engineer will pick up the incident and contact you for fault diagnosis and fix. If a site visit is required one our field engineers will be dispatched to investigate.
