Dr J.P. Mounty and Partners have been a customer of ACT Comms since 2006 and from our first meeting we were extremely impressed by the quality and standard offered. After an initial meeting with Kevin Turner, we decided, very quickly, to ask ACT Comms to provide us with our communication system and to provide the ongoing maintenance.

Over the years, we have had many different and varying types of work carried out including changing from an analogue system to digital and at all times, the operation has been carried out to a very high standard, quickly, efficiently and with little or no disruption to our very busy Practice.

All the staff, without exception, are friendly, efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They always listen and this is so important when the correct and efficient means of communication is paramount to the smooth running of any business.

The company have made savings on our billing over the years, and at present, are currently looking into another provider to offer even cheaper calls.
